Class of 2013 Important Dates and Activities

May 15th                     Lillian Blacker Awards, 6:30 p.m.

May 17th                     Last full day of class for seniors 

May 17th                     Senior/Junior Prom (4:30 p.m., report to school to sign in, grand promenade and board bus to prom location)

May 20th                     Senior Exams – F1G1H1  mods (Pink)

                                                         I1JIK1 mods (Dark Blue)   

May 21st                      Senior Exams – A2B2C2 mods (Yellow)

M2N2O2   mods (Purple)      

May 22nd                    Senior Exams – C3D3E3  mods (Light Blue)            1/ 2 day

May 23rd                     Senior Exams – F4G4H4   mods (Green)

I4 J4 K4 L4 mods (Orange)   

 (Seniors only need to be in school at the time of their exams)

May 28th                     Graduation Rehearsal (mandatory) report to the field house at 10:00 a.m.

May 29th                     Senior Service Day (Seniors report to the BHS cafeteria at 8 a.m. for breakfast and to receive their assignments for the day. Bring a bag lunch and report back to the HS cafeteria at 3 p.m. for pizza)

May 29th                     Senior Cruise (Report to the BHS Cafeteria at 5:00 p.m. Busses leave BHS at 5:15 p.m. Return to BHS 10:30 p.m.)

May 30th                     Graduation Rehearsal (mandatory) report to the field house at 10:00 a.m.

May 31st                      Senior Awards 9 a.m. (yearbooks will be distributed immediately following)

June 2nd                      Graduation 3 p.m. (report to the Upper Gym at 2:00 p.m.)

June 2nd                      All-Night Party, BHS cafeteria

Attendance is mandatory at the Graduation Rehearsals and Senior Awards.

** All books and materials should be handed in to the teacher at the end of each exam or before. Lockers should be cleaned out by May 23rd.  All school discipline and financial obligations (including activity fees, lost books fees, class dues, uniform returns and library books) must be returned and paid in order to receive your cap, gown and yearbook.  The fees should be paid directly to the main office.  These obligations must be met by May 23rd.

PLEASE NOTE: All of the school rules outlined in the Belmont High School Student Handbook will be enforced for the senior activities.  In addition to the established consequences, violations of one or more of these rules may lead to dismissal from the activity and denial of the privilege of participating in the remaining senior activities of the year.  This may include the denial of participation in the graduation ceremony.
